CET – Communication Evaluation Tool
A tool that checks messages and texts for the effect they have: how does what I write come across? What stays with the other person? With a short guide on how to use it.
The present is the point of power
Awareness begins in the present moment. I bring together lived experience and evidence, so that insight becomes something that holds up in everyday life.
View the offeringsI spent many years working in business, including six years in finance management at General Electric in Germany and Europe. It taught me that figures only make a difference when the people behind them are seen.
On a part-time basis, from 2004 to 2026, I worked with BC² Management Services as a coach, trainer and consultant – in personal development and management training. Until 2021 I ran BC Horsetack, worked as a thermographer and animal naturopath, advised doctors and alternative practitioners on complementary medicine, and trained others in sound therapy.
Today, in early retirement, I share what I know in a few carefully chosen, small formats. What I bring is both: a clear eye for what can be backed by evidence, and a genuine interest in what someone is going through right now.

A seven-day self-study course. Each day brings a short prompt and an exercise to draw your attention into the present moment – at your own pace.
Writing and reflections on awareness, communication and living in the present.
substack.com/@biancabellchambers →Coaching is a process that helps people find their own solutions. I have learnt a great deal about it from horses, the masters of non-verbal communication: the key is not ‘whispering’ but listening – seeing the world through the other’s eyes.
I never believed in tying clients to me, but in their potential. The best thing a coach can give is independence: trust in one’s own mind, one’s own intuition and one’s own inner resources.
‘Coaching is changing with awareness.’
For many years I worked with singing bowls, tuning forks and other sound instruments, and introduced seminar participants to working with them in practice. A good singing bowl is rich in overtones, which sound into one another and merge into a harmonious fundamental tone. Sensing the silence after the sound can be a deeply fulfilling experience.

Creating can take many forms: through text, language, images – or simply through creative trains of thought. I paint digitally, using an iPad, Apple Pencil and Art Studio Pro. Nature is the best model; light and shadow and different perspectives are wonderful to play with.

Until the end of 2021, as a veterinary thermographer and animal naturopath, I ran a practice for animals using non-invasive methods – that is, methods that can neither harm nor injure the animal during examination. One focus was thermography, for example in cases of unexplained lameness whose cause was hard to pin down. I no longer work in this field; this section is for information only.
For anyone who occasionally asks where the name comes from: Bell-Chambers is not really a double-barrelled name – it was originally ‘Bellchambers’. It is considered a Norman name and goes back to the village of Belencombre near Dieppe. After 1066 the family came to England and settled in Essex, where a William Belencumbre is recorded in 1235.
Many spellings have come down to us, including Bellchamber, Belchamber and Belencumbre. Shown alongside is the oldest family coat of arms recorded for the name.

I look forward to hearing from you.
